Day 71

if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere…

On Friday, Saturday, and Sundays there’s is always someone performing in the ferry terminal, like this gentleman, who was throwing back to old school Santana…and making it sound exactly like, well, old school Santana.

Day 70

I’ve recently started rereading Game of Thrones, which is amazing and wonderful and I highly recommend it, providing you can detach yourself enough to not get too attached to anyone character…

Day 69

Days 68

I don’t think it’s any secret that I love my darling pupcicle, who just turned 8! Anyone who has a labrador knows that they remain puppies at heart, but if you want to see the inner puppy come out, present them with a new squeaky birthday ball! Squeak! Squeak! Squeak!

Day 67

While running errands for work, a coworker asked if I could grab him a diet coke. I said yes, but I would only bring him one with my name on it. Apparently it’s widely known that I don’t drink diet coke–so I had to improvise 🙂

Day 66

Nothing says the weekend like brunch and nothing says brunch like bacon, eggs, and avocado. Okay and coffee and a mimosa, but don’t worry: they were also present and accounted for!

Day 65

While waiting for the ferry to disembark so that we can board, I glance over and saw this girl diligently waving to the passengers getting off the boat. Surprisingly more often than not, she received a wave and a smile in return!

Day 63

Day 62

I truly believe that every place on the planet offers its own kind of beauty–and it’s very hard to argue with the impressive skylines that the Big Apple has on display.
